To Share a Submittal with Other Internal Participants To Share a Submittal with Other Internal Participants (portal)

You can share a submittal with other internal participants by emailing them a link to the submittal. The email will include a submittal response summary and a link to the package.

1. Go to the Incoming tab.
2. Open a submittal from the list.
3. From the action menu, select Send link via email.

   

4. In the Send link via email dialog, click Send to to select the internal participants you want to share the submittal with, enter an optional comment in the Comment field, and click Send. The participants you select here will be remembered and pre-selected the next time you share a submittal or transmittal from this project in the portal.
