To Reject an RFI To Reject an RFI (portal)

You can reject an RFI. You can reject it without acknowledging, or after acknowledging.

  1. Go to the Incoming tab.
  2. Open the RFI from the list.
  3. Click the menu in the upper right corner of the form and select Reject package.

    The Reject incoming package window opens.

  4. Enter a rejection reason and click Reject package.

A notification email is sent to the person who issued the RFI.
