To Reject an RFI To Reject an RFI (ProjectWise Explorer)

You can reject an RFI. You can reject it without acknowledging, or after acknowledging.

  1. Expand the Deliverables Management node under your associated work area .
  2. Select the Incoming folder.
  3. Open the RFI from the list.
  4. From the menu in the upper right corner of the RFI select Reject package.

    The Reject package dialog opens.

  5. Enter a reason for rejecting the RFI in the Comment field and click Reject package.

    A notification email is sent to the person who issued the RFI.

    Also, the Status at the bottom of the Question tab shows that the RFI has been rejected.
