To Download Response Attachments and a Response Report for a Transmittal To Download Response Attachments and a Response Report for a Transmittal (portal)

  1. Go to the Outgoing tab.
  2. Open a transmittal that has one or more responses.
  3. Click the Download Responses button.
  4. When prompted, save the ZIP file to a local folder.

    The name of the ZIP file is the name of the transmittal with “_Responses” appended to the name. For example, “Master DGNs with References_Responses.zip”.

    The ZIP file includes:

    • the folder structure of the original transmittal
    • any response attachments, stored in the root folder
    • a Microsoft Excel file called Responses.xlsx that contains a response report for the transmittal.
