To Recall an RFI

Go to the Outgoing tab.
Open the RFI you want to recall.
Click the menu to the right of Review response button and select Recall package.
In the Recall package dialog, enter the reason for recalling the RFI in the Comment field and click Recall.

In your Outgoing folder, the status shows that the item has been recalled.

Each recipient will receive a notification email about the recall, and will no longer be able to acknowledge, download, or respond to the item. They will, however, still be able to view the details about the item in their Incoming folder.

Tip: You cannot resend a recalled RFI. However, you can create a new RFI using the recalled RFI as a template.
