The first thing to do when you
receive an RFI is to acknowledge it.This notifies the issuer that
you have received it.
Use the steps below if you are not following a link from a
notification email.
Expand the
Deliverables
Management node under your associated
work area.
Expand the
Incoming folder and select the
RFIs folder.
Open the RFI from the list.
Click the
Acknowledge button at the top of the RFI.
When you acknowledge an RFI in
ProjectWise Explorer, a copy of each file
attached to the RFI is automatically imported to the designated subfolder for
attachments to incoming RFIs in the
work area.
