To Reject an RFI (ProjectWise Explorer)

Expand the
Deliverables
Management node under your associated
work area.

Select the
Incoming folder.
- Open the RFI from the list.

From the menu in the upper right corner of the RFI select
Reject package.
The Reject package dialog opens.

Enter a reason for rejecting the RFI in the
Comment field and click
Reject package.
A notification email is sent to the person who issued the RFI.
Also, the Status at the bottom of the Question tab shows that the RFI has been rejected.
