To Enable Streaming at the Server Level

On each ProjectWise Design Integration Server or ProjectWise Caching Server that is hosting a storage area that contains point cloud and/or raster reference data, open the DMSKRNL.CFG file.
Uncomment these two lines:

```

;RasterServices=1
```
