To Add a Local
Coordinate System

Right-click the
Coordinate
Systems
datasource node and select
Add Local.
A new local coordinate system is added to the list.
- (Optional)
Change the name (alias) as needed by right-clicking the new local
coordinate system and selecting
Rename.
