When configuring ProjectWise performance counters through a Remote Desktop connection, the connection must use the -console option in order to see the counters.

1. Close any Remote Desktop connections and the connection Window used to open desktop connections.

2. Right-click on Start\All Programs\Accessories\Communications\Remote Desktop Connection.

3. Select Properties.

4. In the target section, add -console after the executable name.

5. Reconnect to server.
