Rendition profile components are needed for all rendition jobs, whether they are run from Bentley i-model Composition Server Administrator or ProjectWise Explorer. When configuring jobs in Bentley i-model Composition Server Administrator, the administrator will add the rendition profile components they need directly to the job definition. When configuring jobs in ProjectWise Explorer, the user will simply select which rendition profile (which already contains rendition profile components) they want to use.

For each component category you can create as many components as you need. Once the components are created, you can modify the properties of each component, and you can delete components that are no longer needed.
