ProjectWise user accounts that are synchronized with Windows user accounts must be updated if the Windows user accounts have been migrated:

• from one Domain to another

• from a Domain to Active Directory

• from one Active Directory to another

• or if you rename domains or Active Directories

This special update is necessary to point the synchronized ProjectWise user accounts to the new Windows domain or Active directory. For assistance with these types of migrations please contact Bentley Support.
