To Open the User / Group Management Dialog

Do one of the following:

Right-click the Users node and select Show User and Groups Management Dialog.

or

Right-click the Groups node and select Show User and Groups Management Dialog.

or

Right-click the User Lists node and select Show User and Groups Management Dialog.
