To prevent the server's datasource list from being published to specified computers

  1. In ProjectWise Administrator, under the Servers icon, right-click your server and select Properties.
  2. In the Server Properties dialog, select the Security tab.
  3. Set Select security type to Datasource list publishing.
  4. In the Do not publish field, type the IP address or host name of the computer to not publish to (for multiple computers you can enter an IP address range), then click Add. Repeat this step to add additional computers to the Do not publish to list.

    Note: You can use an asterisk (*) as a wild card option in your IP address. For example, Do not publish to 11.22.33.*.

    You can also use CIDR (Classless Inter-Domain Routing) notation to specify a range of addresses. For example, use 10.19.0.0/16 to match any addresses beginning with 10.19.

  5. Click OK.
