To Create a Group Using the Credentials of a Windows Group Account

  1. Right-click the Groups node and select New > Group.

    The New Group Properties dialog opens, displaying the General tab.

  2. Type the name of the Windows group account.
  3. (Optional) In the description field, type a description for the group.
  4. Set Type to Windows.
  5. In the Windows domain field, specify the domain to which the Windows group account belongs.
  6. Click OK.

    The new group is added to the list of groups.
