First click the shape to be connected and then the supporting
shape to connect the plate.
Press the <Enter> key or the right-click mouse button, if
there is no supporting shape.
The Web Angle Connection dialog opens. The web angle
command retains the last connection settings. Using this settings, the tool
creates the connection.
In the Web Angle Connection dialog, the dimensions may be modified
and the results checked in the model.
