Grid length
|
Sets the grid length of the distribution pattern
(i.e. the lengths of the shapes to be installed).
|
Grid width
|
Sets the width of the distribution pattern. If the
grid width exceeds the shape width, the layout will show gaps - if the grid
width is smaller, you will have overlaps. The neighboring input field displays
the shape width of the currently selected shape (in 'Shapes' tab).
|
Depth
|
Sets the insertion depth of the parts according to
the distribution plane. This is the distance between layout and active UCS
plane. Entering positive values, moves the surface along the positive Z-axis of
UCS.
|
Offset top
|
Sets the distance of the parts from the upper
distribution pattern edge. The top offset sets the projection of the shape over
the grid length at the upper end. If you enter a positive value, the shape is
shortened and a gap is shown. If you enter a negative value, the shape is
extended and overlaps with he next grid element.
|
Offset down
|
Sets the distance of the parts from the upper
distribution pattern edge. The down offset sets the projection of the shape
over the grid length at the lower end. If you enter a positive value, the shape
is shortened and a gap is shown. If you enter a negative value, the shape is
extended and overlaps with the previous grid element.
|
Offset side
|
Sets the side offset of the parts to the
distribution pattern. The side offset sets the dimension by which the shape
insertion points to be moved horizontally from the center of the grid.
|
Dynamic
|
When checked, updates the changes to the panel
dynamically in the view.
|
Cut
|
When checked, cuts the overlapping parts at the
border. The shapes, which are longer or wider than the outer poly-line, are cut
at this poly-line.
|
Offset (selection)
|
Sets the offset method: how grid lines are moved
against each other in longitudinal direction.
- Without
offset – no offset is set means that the grid lines are not moved.
- Centered –
moves the grid lines in a way that a new line begins in the middle of the
previous line ("laid brick pattern").
- According
dimension – enables
Offset field. When set, the lines are offset
against each other by a value you entered in the neighboring input field.
|
Offset
|
Enabled for
According dimension offset method. Sets the offset
of two pattern areas against each other.
|
Color uncut
|
Sets a color for all shapes
not being cut by entering the color code.
The color can also be selected by clicking the
(Color selection
dialog) next to it.
|
Color cut
|
Select a color for all shapes being cut by entering
the color code. The color can also be selected by clicking the
(Color selection
dialog) next to it.
|
Restore original color
|
When checked, resets the colors to their original
values after the dialog function has been finished.
