Drawing Information Table

Used to add drawing information which is used to fill the title cell of a 2D drawing associated with the selected parts.

Ribbon: Steel > Home > Drawing Production > Annotation > Drawing Information Table

Note: The information typed in this dialog can then be used to populate the 2D drawing title cell in the Drawing Templates dialog.

Always enter the order drawing number and the modification index, if present, since this information is evaluated during the 2D detailing process. You can later query the Detail Centre to find out, which drawing contains the parts and will receive the file path as well as the probably more useful drawing number.

Setting	Description
Project Name	Here, you select a cell using the SELECT button for entering data in its cell tags via the entry fields, provided you have assigned such entry fields to the variables of the cell tags. When the drawing border for the 2D workshop drawing has been entered as cell using the (Drawing Borders) tool, you can select the cell of the drawing borders. The entries may either be taken over into the title cell (export), or the entries can be taken from the title cell into the dialog (import).
All Text Fields	In the different text fields you enter general information on the project and on the drawing. Since these fields are self-explanatory, they are not explained in detail.
OK	Closes the dialog and save your changes.
Cancel	Closes the dialog without saving changes.
Help	Opens online help.
Template	Saves and retrieve (Using Templates) settings to be used on other projects.
Export Data	Retrieves the data of the entry fields into the cell tags of the selected cell.
Import Data	Retrievea the cell tags of the selected cell into the entry fields.
Assign cell Attributes	Defines the variables assigned to the cell tags of the different entry fields. An identical dialog will be displayed, where the variable names of the cell tags are entered.
Use current date	Applies the current date when one of the date fields (Marked ..On, Checked..On, or Approved..On) is currently active.
Favorites	Current Settings - Select when you haven't created any template and you want to use the current settings of the dialog instead. Bentley/Default - Select when you want to use the application default settings template and you don't want to use the current settings of the dialog instead.
