Object ACS

Used to set the ACS on the selected view direction.

Accessed from:
  • Ribbon: Steel > View > ACS View > Object ACS > Object ACS <Centered | At Point> | Face ACS <Centered | At Point> >
  • Ribbon: Concrete > View > ACS View > Object ACS > Object ACS <Centered | At Point> | Face ACS <Centered | At Point>

The Object ACS tools are similar to the Object View tools. The difference is that they only set the ACS on the selected view direction. The view itself does not change.

Object ACS Centered

Set the ACS origin from the selection point to the centerline.

Object ACS at Point

Set the ACS origin at your selection point.

Face ACS Centered

Create a face view of the object; Set the ACS origin from the selection point to the centerline.

Create a face view of the object; Set the ACS origin at your selection point.
