Include Date/Time in Border Text

Specifies whether the current date and time is inserted in the border text. The Windows Regional Settings are used to format the time and date for printed output in a locale-sensitive manner. Use the MS_PLOTBORDER_TIME_FORMAT configuration variable to adjust the format.
