Used to toggle the toolbar that contains rebar selection
tools which can be quickly turned on or off. Helps to fine tune selecting of
rebar groups for modifications.
Backstage:
File > Setting > Users > Toolboxes (or press <Ctrl+T>), check
PC Toggles from the list, and then click
OK.
