Export Groups

A new export interface for Exporting Groups is added to the ProStructures File Types. The Export Groups utility now able to export all groups in a model as separate DGN files. This helps to open the 3D view of the group and visualize the group, at the time of fabrication.

Detail Center (Standard)

Accessing Detail Center (Standard) mode is now made direct from the ribbon, via the DetailCenter (Standard) tool, rather than the earlier Launcher dialog that was used to select one of the detailing modes -Standard or Express.

Group Selection Toggle

A Select Group Toggle is added to the PSToggles Toolbox. Turning it on allows you to select a whole group by selecting one of the objects that is a member of that group. When working with generated details, it allows you to toggle between selecting detail as whole or selecting just one object in it (i.e. dimension or position flag).

Imperial Naming Convention Improvements

For clarity, the items listed below are renamed to conform with standard, commonly used nomenclatures.

• Renamed US Stick to "Single Line"
• Renamed US Sketch to "Single Line with Widget"

Sorting by position number to NC-DSTV log file

The NC-DSTV log file is enhanced with sorting, making it easer to find and verify which parts are processed.

Ability to Convert NC-DSTV log file to Unicode format

Encoding of the log file is changed to Unicode format to support special characters. This enhancement also allows you to use a larger set of characters in one file.

Gusset Plate Chamfers for Dynamic Bracing

Straight, convex and concave chamfers can now be added to Gusset Plates in the Dynamic Bracing tool.

Item Type Properties in Reports

Item Type Properties can be now included in schedules created with the Create ProSteel Partlist Report Tool. Item Type Properties attached to Steel objects are now visible in the Reports tool and can now be added to the Partlist template.

Grid Bubble Text Style Control

Added a Grid Bubble Text Style Control in Detail Style settings for Views, which allows for the selection of a Text Style for grid label text.

Radial (arc) Dimensions for Outer Contour of Bend Shapes

When using Outer contour dimensions in Detail Style Outer, Center and Inner line dimensions are displayed.

Paths Displayed in User Part Center

User Part Center now displays folder paths optimized for viewing in dialog windows.

NC Enhancements - Boolean Cuts

Boolean cuts are now considered for inner contour and outer contour within the NC-DSTV file.

Object View Center Enhancement

When using the Object View Center tool, objects now have better visibility when the view is rotated.
