To Import a Pick List

Open the Pick List Manager dialog (Drawing > Content > Pick List).
Select Import Pick Lists from the Pick Lists section.
The Import Pick Lists dialog opens.
Select the desired excel (.xls or .xlsx) file to import.
Select Open.

The file is imported as a Pick List and is displayed in the Pick List Manager dialog.
