Ribbon User Interface

The Common Tools group is added to both Steel and Concrete workflows replacing Selection and Primary groups.
The Item Types group is added to both Steel and Concrete workflows.
The Tables and Reports groups are added to both Steel and Concrete workflows.publication=help

A new dataset for Russia is added to the existing regional datasets.
New configuration variables:
- PS_SEEDFILES - Directory or directories where ProStructures seed files are located.
- PS_FLAGTERMINATORUSER - Directory where user-defined terminates (DGN format). PS_FLAGTERMINATOR replaces PS_WELDLINEUSER that was new in the first CONNECT Edition release.
New folders are added under <product>Default\appl\ for common example files
The common example files were removed from the workspaces/datasets folder
Renamed folders under <product>\Default\appl
In all workspaces (datasets), renamed Pro_st3d.fdf to Pro_st3d.fdt
Moved border DGNs (drawing frames, PS_DRAWINGFRAMES) from <product>\Default\appl\Details\FramesXXX to Configuration\Organization\ProStructures\Details\Frames. Imperial and metric DGNs are in the same directory.
Removed "ProStructures.cfg" files from the Configuration tree. These files ensured ProStructures' "application.cfg" files were included appropriately in the first release. The msconfig.cfg file now handles that. Moved duplicated example files from the workspace folder into the "product" (ProStructures/) folder.

CONNECT Edition Update 1 changes described above have been used to prepare the "ProStructures CONNECT Edition Update 1 Configuration Setup Guide".
