To Delete Unused Nested Attachment Levels from the Open DGN or DGNLib File

Do one of the following:

Key in DELETE UNUSED LEVELTABLES to delete ALL unused nested attachment levels.

or

Key in DELETE UNUSED LEVELTABLES <LevelName> to delete a specific unused nested attachment level.
