Get Direction with
|
Indicates how the direction of the construction
line is defined.
-
2 Points - Pick 2 points.
-
Line - Pick a line.
-
Point Line - Pick a line for the
direction and a point for position.
|
Created Linetype
|
You can either use standard lines the length of
which is determined by projection or X-lines which always run up to the edge of
the screen.
-
Lines - Standard lines; length is
determined by projection.
-
X-lines - Always drawn to the edge of
the screen.

|
Distance
|
Used to enter the distance of the construction
line(s) from the displayed line in case of parallel or vertical construction
lines; or the distance from one line to the next if you are generating several
lines. Denoted with
1 in the diagram.
|
Scale 1
|
The distance/spacing information is converted to the
scale of your drawing is indicated here. This allows actual dimensions to be
used. Denoted with
2 in the diagram.
|
Angle
|
Defines an angle value so you can rotate the
construction lines by that angle. Denoted with
3 in the diagram.
|
Number
|
Sets the number of construction lines or divisions
created simultaneously when using the
Divide function.
|
Offset
|
The construction lines are extended at both ends by
this value with respect to the displayed reference line. Denoted with
4 in the diagram.
|
Insert in current XY Plane
|
When on, all construction lines are only created on
the current UCS (user coordinate system)-plane. In addition, all possibly
picked points are projected to the current UCS-plane.
|
Create Reference Line
|
When on, a construction line is drawn on the
reference line as well (even for a non-existing line indicated with only 2
points).
|
Execute in Loop
|
When on, the function is repeated until the
procedure is interrupted.
|
Parallel X
|
Creates a construction line parallel towards the
current UCS-x-axis, either at the
data point or with the selected distance
to the picked reference.
|
Parallel Y
|
Creates a construction line parallel towards the
current UCS-y-axis, either at the
identified reference.
|
Parallel Line
|
Creates parallel construction lines for a reference
line selected or displayed via
data points.
|
Perpendicular
|
Creates vertical construction lines for a reference
line selected or displayed via
data points.
|
Divided
|
The reference line created by two
data points is divided into equal
sections with the help of construction lines running perpendicular to this
distance.
