Properties

- Bar
Size – Sets the bar type (diameter), selected from the list.
- Zone – Sets how
to align the bar when placing it into the concrete element — Top, Bottom, Left,
or Right.
- Insertion
Alignment – Sets the side the bar insertion aligned to —Center,
Left, or Right.
- Stirrups – When
checked, defines the bar as a stirrup.
- Create bar by points
– Used to place the bars by selecting multiple points on your model. The bars
will be placed along the line formed with data points.
- Create bar by object
– Used to select object in the view to define bar.

Distribution

- Layout
Method – Sets how the bars will be aligned when placed in the
concrete.
- Start
Offset – Sets the distance from the edge of the defined boundary to
the first bar in the series.
- Spacing – Sets
the distance between bars in the series.
- End
Offset – Sets the distance from the last bar in the series to the
edge of the defined boundary.
- Length –
Indicates the distance covered by the series of bars. By default, the length is
determined by your placement options. Use the Length field to specify a
distance that is different than the points you select for placement.
- Select path by points
– Used to select a distribution direction for the series of bars.
- Select path by object
– Used to select object in the view to define path.

Rebar Transformation

- X-Offset –
Enter a value to shift the rebar in the X-direction.
- Y-Offset –
Enter a value to shift the rebar in the Y-direction.
- Rotation - Type
a rotation angle (in degrees). Click
to rotate the bar by increments
of 90°.
- Transform –
Used to either move, align, move and align, or leave the rebars as placed by
selecting one of the options of transforming.
