Enhancements

If PlantWise functionality or behavior seems erratic – or if expected new functionality is not available – after installing new enhancements, it is likely that PlantWise was running when the enhancements were installed. Enhancement files are only processed when PlantWise starts up, that is why new or fixed functionality is not apparent. However, if the enhancement contained additional files, it is possible that the enhancement was not properly installed.

Permissions:

If you are prompted with an error regarding permissions, it is likely that some or all of the PlantWise folders have been set to Read-only. All users need to have full permissions to all project files.
