New and Changed in PlantWise CONNECT Edition

This is the first CONNECT Edition of PlantWise

64 Bit Application

PlantWise is now a 64 bit application. It will not run on a 32 bit operating system.

Online Help

New and improved help available from the <F1> key or from the help button on the user interface.

Ribbon Interface

Like other Bentley CONNECT Edition products, PlantWise now has a ribbon menu that replaces the menus.

i-models

i-models are now created from the same menu item as other Bentley applications like MicroStation.

STAR Shape Profile

For metric projects, there is a new shape profile, STAR. It is similar to the 2L shape only the second L is flipped so that from the end, the profile is an equal leg cross.

MicroStation Mode

MicroStation mode is now supported.
