Pipeline Attributes
The following attributes of pipelines may be used in the
nozzle placement and vicinity routing languages. They may be referred to within
a language expression by adding the prefix
line. to the attribute name.
- fluid_phase_class is one of :vapor or :liquid
- suction_p indicates if this line has suction or gravity flow (true or false)
- to_pipeway_p indicates if this line goes to the pipeway (true or false)
- max_nominal_diameter is the user’s input diameter (in main units)
- max_outer_diameter is the outer diameter based on nominal diameter
- insulation_code is the insulation code entered by the user
- insulation_thickness is the insulation thickness computed by the system or entered by the user
- insulation_thickness is the insulation thickness computed by the system or entered by the user
- commodity_code is the commodity code entered by the user
- temperature_class is one of :hot or :cold based on the commodity code and the table data for commodities
- class is the line class entered by the user. To specify electrical cables, the line class is "electrical_cable"
- material is the material corresponding to the line class
