Anything that is not changed in the offset clause stay the same as in the original location. That includes the condition (if there is not a local condition and the main condition did not match, then the offset does not match either). If an offset clause has an offset-direction, that serves to define the previous-nozzle for binding in one or more of the location clauses; otherwise, the previous-nozzle is the last nozzle placed.
