| Working Units

From the
PlantDrafter perspective, the most important CAD
setting is the Working Units. A full discussion of setting design file working
units can be found in "Incomplete Graphics".

| Leader Text Dimensions
|
To adjust the dimensions of text associated with a
leader, set the Text Dimension Settings in the sheet file associated with the
drawing. The Dimension Settings dialog is opened from the CAD Elements menu
().
Bentley Systems suggests 0.020 for text width and height.

| Font Selection
|
To set the font to be used in
PlantDrafter drawings, open the Text dialog from the
CAD Elements menu () while in the desired sheet file. From this
dialog, you can select any font that has been loaded to CAD. Bentley Systems
suggests fixed width fonts such as the standard Engineering font.
Important: Any setting changes will be lost
if you do not run the
Save Settings command from the CAD File
menu.
