Assigning Material to Levels

Open the CAD Assign Materials dialog (Settings > Rendering > Materials).
Select File > Open Palette menu and open the palette saved when creating the material definition.
- This lists the materials available in the selected palette in the field on the right.
- Double click on the material to be assigned.
- This opens the Assign Material dialog.
Enter the level number and color the material is to be applied to.
Click OK.
Repeat steps 3 to 5 as needed.
Select File > Save to save the material table. For new tables, make sure to save it in the same PlantWise folder as the location of model seed files (i.e. C:\PlantWise\projects\<your project>\msj).

The new drawing settings MUST be saved independently of the drawing file save command. The File > Save Settings command or, it can be executed with <Ctrl-F>.

If the new rendering settings do not seem to be taking effect, make sure that Transparency box is checked in the Define Material Dialog as well as in the Rendering View Attributes (Settings > Rendering > View Attributes) and Rendering Setup (Settings > Rendering > Setup) dialogs.
