Loss of Graphic Control
It is possible for the communication between the knowledge base engineering application and CAD to be cut. If this happens, CAD will no longer make graphic updates that reflect PlantWise commands.
For the most part, closing CAD directly and restarting it from the PlantWise Command Interpreter (PW-CAD-Start) reconnects communications between the two programs.
Incomplete Graphics
If CAD seems to freeze or if not all of the graphic elements are being drawn, it could be that the drawing seed file does not have a sufficient design plane. This behavior is more likely in metric drawing files that use millimeters for the Master Units.
There is only one metric drawing seed file that uses meters for the master units.
