You can use the
Queries feature to query model and equipment
data. These queries may be user-defined queries for your own personal use,
queries shared with your project team, and system-supplied queries that are
available to everyone.
Queries can be edited, exported, and reimported using the
Query Builder.
Layout and
Settings
The
Queries page is divided into two sections, the
Queries panel, and the
Content panel. For example,
Queries Panel
The
Queries panel appears along the left side. It
lists all available data queries for the current user:
My
Queries ? User-defined queries only available to the current user.
Queries in this section can be
promoted to
Shared Queries in order to be shared with
members of your project team.
Shared
Queries ? Data queries that are available to all members of your
project team. These queries can be queries that were created by you, or other
project members.
Default
Queries ? Predefined data queries that are available to all users,
such as equipment lists, instrument lists, and an
“All Data” query. Default queries cannot be
deleted, renamed or promoted, however, you can use any default query as the
basis for your own personal query, by applying filters to it via the
Query Builder, and then saving the results as
your own query.
Content Panel
The
Content panel appears to the right of the
Queries panel. This panel displays the
Query Builder, and query results for the
currently selected query. For example,

Located above the query table, the Query Builder is
used to create queries from data in the system. For more information about
