• The client you are using to access PlantSight shall not be used for usual internet browsing in order to mitigate the risk of an accidental infection by a malware.
• Use an up-to-date antivirus application on the client.
• Apply security patches to the operational system and web browser of the client.
• PlantSight needs JavaScript. Please enable JavaScript and restrict the use of any other active content like Java, ActiveX controls, VBScript or Flash in the configuration of the web browser.
• Take the necessary precautions to protect files uploaded to and downloaded from PlantSight from misuse. Make sure that the files are protected from theft and manipulation during storage or transfer. Suitable measures include saving the files to encrypted data storage media or to encrypted file containers as well as sending the data by means of encrypted emails only.
