This configuration feature is used to unlock briefcases that have been locked.

Follow these steps to unlock a locked briefcase. Select the User and click Release Locks.

1. Open Configuration.
2. From the Briefcase Management tile, click Manage.
   All locked briefcases by user appear in a list. For example,

   
3. Select one or more locked briefcases in the list, and then click Release Locks.
