OpenUtilities sisNET is a desktop application that fulfills the core requirements to model, document, and manage as-built infrastructure asset information for electric, gas, water, and wastewater utilities and to design for infrastructure extension, renewal, and maintenance activities. The core foundation builds on MicroStation CAD technology and Bentley Map 2D and 3D Spatial technology to address the unique and challenging needs of organizations that map, plan, design, build, and operate the world´s infrastructures.

OpenUtilities sisNET provides the core GIS, Design, Visualization, and Editing environment to create, manage, analyze, and report on as-built and design plans utility infrastructure asset information.

A variety of tools are provided to model, document, analyze, and report on the infrastructures as well as advanced GIS 2D and 3D data manipulation and analysis and print preparation tools.
