Manage Project Reference Point (PRP)
Displays the Project Reference Point dialog where the user can specify an origin point as well as an orientation of the Substation site.

The orientation defines the rotation angle when inserting symbols. Only one reference point can be applied to a drawing. A Master Project Reference Point is applied to the whole project. A Local Project Reference Point overrides the Project Reference Point for the current drawing.
Setting | Description |
---|---|
Site Reference Point | Enter values for the Site Reference Point X, Y and Z controls to be fixed when placing the data point. Blank values are defined by placing the data point. |
Direction | Enter values for the Direction X and Y controls to be fixed when placing the data point. Blank values are defined by placing the data point. |
Z Offset | Enter the difference between the project ground height compared to the Site Reference Point. |
Master | Places a Project Reference Point for the whole project. |
Local | Places a Project Reference Point for a Local additional Project Reference Point for a specific drawing. A Local Project Reference Point overrides the Master Project Reference Point in the current drawing. |
Clear | Removes all values entered in the dialog. |
Place | Places the Project Reference Point according to the values assigned in the dialog. |
