The following items summarize the new features and enhancements in the OpenUtilities Substation CONNECT Edition Update 10 release.

• Add Jumper Display setting to control when Installation/Location/Device Tag and Wiring Address values are shown in Wiring Diagram.

  User is able to suppress display of same device connections for installation, location, and device tag attributes for wiring diagram destination strings. User is also capable of specifying a Jumper Connection Prefix or Suffix.

  

• Add ability to configure and display cross references for cable symbols in Cable Diagram.

  Add new configuration "Cross Reference Expression" to existing cable diagrams setting dialog. The expression is user definable. When user clicks the "Build Expressions" button, a configuration dialog opens allowing the user to configure a cross reference expression.

  

• Radius at cable diagram merges instead of diagonal lines.

  User is able to choose two merge types "Chamfer Merges" and "Filleted Merges" for cable diagram.

  

• Add ability to maintain Device/Wire Link/Wire Numbers/Terminal Numbers for Copy from Reference file.
  Users are able to choose the following options when copying objects from a reference file:

  • Maintain Complete or Tag Only for devices, wire links, and wire numbers
  • Maintain Check box for Terminal Numbers

  

• Add ability to configure custom phase level for cable/bus.

  User is able to add their own levels, which will then be visible and possible to receive from the drop down list when inserting the cable / bus.

  

• Add validation to prevent submission of items when JSON Deliveryaddress is NULL or Blank.
