To Create and Script Keyframes
- Select the Animator Preview tool.
Do one of the following:
Use the scroll control to select the time/frame number.
In the time/frame number field, key in the required value.
- Move the geometry/actors to the required position(s).
- Use the Element Selection tool to select the geometry for the key frame.
Click the Create key frame for selected elements icon.
A script entry for the key frame is added to the open script and can be viewed in the Animation Producer dialog.
In the Animation KeyFrames dialog, rename the key frame.
It is helpful to give the key frames a name that helps you identify them at a later stage. For example, assigning the name Home for the position of the geometry prior to animating.
