Singularities objects are composed of portals, shafts and
rooms. The catalogs can be accessed from Utilities tab, Catalogs group.
The portal catalogs are defined as dgn's that are stored in the Portal
Catalog in the Configuration folder similar to tunnel catalogs. The definitions
for shaft and rooms are saved in individual xml files that are stored in the
corresponding folders in the Configuration folder. While for portals we have
Catalog and Template definition similar to tunnels, for shafts and rooms we
only have Catalog definition.
