To Import Soil Meshes

To import soil meshes data into your project, use the following procedure. If will need an ifc file that would contain the soil meshes.
  1. Either:
    On the Home ribbon tab, select the Import tool in the Soil Setup group.


    Or

    Key in TDGEOMETRY SOIL IMPORT

    The Select Files To Import dialog opens.

  2. Navigate to and select the ifc file you want to import and then click Done. The Import Soil dialog opens.
  3. In this window the user will be able to see the meshes name stored in the ifc file. He can choose what mesh to import. He can also rename the meshes if needed.

    The meshes have now been imported into your OpenTunnel Designer project.
