Add Table Dialog
Used to specify a table for which a row is to be inserted into MSCATALOG. Opens when is chosen in the Database Setup dialog or the MSCATALOG dialog.
| Setting | Description |

| Table Name | Sets the name of the table to add. This will become the tablename value in the new row. |
| Entity Number | Sets the unique entity number for the table. This will become the entitynum value in the new row. |
