To Create a Saved View

  1. Open the View Attributes dialog ( Drawing > View > Presentation > View Attributes ).
  2. In the View Attributes dialog?s Presentation section, turn on the Markers control.

    The markers for saved views display the model.

  3. Hold the pointer on a marker of a callout that does not have a saved view created.

    A Mini toolbar with the Create Drawing tool appears.

  4. Select the Create Drawing tool.

    The Create Drawing dialog opens.

  5. Turn on the Create Saved View check box.
  6. Optional: Turn on the Create Drawing Model and Create Sheet Model check boxes.
  7. Click OK.
