To Automatically Fill In Enter Data Fields

Select the Automatic Fill In Enter Data Fields tool.

Select the desired view.

The first blank enter data field is located and a rectangle displays around it.

The Edit Enter Data Field dialog opens.

In the Value field, type the new contents for the enter data field.

Click OK.
