To Delete Elevation Callouts in an Interior Elevation Callout

Right-click the existing interior elevation callout and select Delete View.

Select the caps of the callouts which you want to delete.

Click the Reset button to finish.

The elevation callout and the saved view associated with the callout is deleted.

Note: You cannot delete all the elevation callouts in an interior elevation callout. There should be at least one elevation callout in an interior elevation callout.
