Select Element Annotation > Annotate Element and identify
element or selection set that contains elements to add annotation.
For Annotate Element to work the Elements Feature
Definition needs the Annotation Group defined.

Reset to complete.
Example, select an alignment and annotation
displays along the alignment.
Example, select a selection set, datapoint and
annotation displays on all elements within the selection set.

Drawing Production > Drawing Scales Annotation scale aware.
Change the scale to change the annotation automatically.
Annotation
automatically displays on the element at the proper scale.
