This section provides a list of new features in Bentley OpenRoads SignCAD product, also referred to as OpenX Designer products. Features that are only available in specific products are appropriately noted as such.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed issue related to exporting object lefts not being shown when the text is white on a white background. (1355028)

  3. Fixed an Unexpected Critical Error when deleting a panel. (1449536)
  4. Fixed a bug that would cause OpenRoads Designer and SignCAD to crash when importing graphics to dgn. (1469703)
  5. Improved Automatic Print Scaling Consistency, Print Settings Stability, and added PDF File Name Population. (1483610)
  6. Fixed an issue where SignCAD and exported PDF text dimensions do not match when using a TrueType font. (1537319)
  7. Fixed an issue where CMYK EPS exported from SignCAD exported a Spot color when using 3M Traffic colors. (1570759)
  8. Improved legibility of dimensions values so they appear on all RGB colors. (1582070)
  9. If the panel border display is unchecked and the Trim Corners option is selected, a radius is incorrectly applied to the panel corners. The Square Corner options were greyed out for panel edges without a border. Additionally, turning the panel edge display on, selecting Square Corners, and then trimming corners does not work, as the Square Corners option resets to None when borders are removed.   10. Fixed an issue where the absence of a specific dll would prevent SignCAD from opening files from ProjectWise. (1627544)
  11. Fixed an issue where SignCAD import-to-DGN would overwrite the dimension settings defined in the import operation. (1627698)
