To Select a Template for a New Markup

  1. Open the Markups dialog and click Markup Settings.


    The Markup Settings dialog opens.

  2. From the Template Name option menu, select the template you want to use and click OK.
  3. In the Markups dialog, click the Create Markup tool.


    The markup sheet displays in the template.

  4. Add your markups and comments.
